Amusement park in oxnard,california that existed during the early, mid seventies?

When I was about 7 or 8 my dad used to take us to an amusement park in oxnard,ca. It was located on wagon wheel road. Of course now there is a indoor ice skating rink. Anyhow, this park contained a train(not sure if it was actual steam) there was a snack bar, a boat ride for littler kids that went around in a trough I think filled with water and some other neat rides. I know that they eventually got rid of the train and replaced with a fire truck. Anyway, for a number of months now I have been trying to maybe find old photos and history of the park and for the life of me cannot seem to find anything as I don't recall the name. Can someone please help? This would mean so much to me as I have a happy memories of going there with my dad and brother and sisters.
