Where are consumer recycling centers for # 1 plastic bottles?

Staying in St Louis, Mo. Township of Jennings, Mo. Unable to find a recycling center that pays consumer for recycling # 1 plastic bottles. Please help. Every center I have called and spoken to only deals with large businesses.
