This is for Cops or former Cops?

This is what I mean. The cops will arrest you for anything. My son just did two years for urinating in an alley at 3am and they were just driving by-the only other people out at the time. That was two years ago. We are turning into a police state. We don't need them anymore, not enough good ones at all.
