What Time is the Clay Township Circled Jerk?

I just moved to a new town 6 months ago and a guy at work said that our Clay Township Cirlce Jerk was rescheduled for Friday and that all homeowners should attend because property tax issues will be discussed. If you're in Clay township, Indiana, please respond. I have never been to a Circle Jerk in this town or any other.
