Clothes and make up for high school?

I live in a township that has a lot of different stores for apparel in and around it. I am going to be a Freshman in September, and I need opinions on which stores to go to. Please name all of the stores that you can think of that have cute clothing! Oh, and I'm a girl, so also please give your favorite make up brands! Thank you!
