How I should report this?

I live in an apartment with a swimming pool (for the whole apartment) but every morning at 5-ish? A bunch of geese comes and plays around the pool, take there business in the pool, and etc. They only clean out the poop and don't bother with the water. I wanna report this to the township but i'm not sure how. What category would this belong in?
