I have a question about suspended licenses?

the officer who took his license and ticketed him was acting on what was in the computer. there's obviously been a mistake, go to the court tomorrow (don't call), hopefully he still has the receipt from when he paid the fine, he'll need proof he paid it, without a receipt he's pretty much out of luck. something very similar happened to me years ago and thankfully i still had the paid receipt.
