Certification of temperament for "vicious" breed of dog?

the reason they are pit bulls are not welcome in pet-friendly apartment buildings is because a pit bull is a dog bred to kill other dogs ... so you want to move your potential dog killer into condensed housing with lots of other dogs ... narcissistic much ??? why should an entire building live in fear because you need a tough dog ??? and blah, blah, blah, your dog is a sweetheart, they all are until the neighbours dog is being crushed in your dogs mouth ... and you could have your "sweetheart" pass the canine good citizen test and it would make ZERO difference ... better find a basement to live in and next time chose a breed that is a pet not a weapon and you might be able to live above ground ...
