Did you know our Township outlawed trailer parks, as to not attract tornadoes. Is that legal?

I'm trying to figure out if you're serious. But they do seem to attract tornadoes. I know, that doesn't make sense either. Unless they are man made and being sent where they will do the most damage. You never know.
