If you are found Not Guilty, why is your name still in system?

As long as you were put in front of a judge, your name goes in books and records. Whether guilty or not guilty. about the present thingy: they just use tht to show the jury or judge that you have been pleaded for a crime, whether you did it or not. i know it so not fair but that is just the way it is.
