Paintball business/field, indoor office scenario?

Hi i am considering starting a paintball business, the only catch is that it will be indoor but not a speed ball indoor court, instead it will be a 50,000 sf office building. I was just wondering peoples opinions about it. Its 2 story and has a basement, there are 66 rooms as well. Might take some space and add a speed ball course but for now im just keeping it a big office building. please just let me know your input on it and if you think it would do well. I am considering this also because there isn't a good paintball field within 2 hours of driving. thanks for taking the time to read and answer, looking forward to your replies!
