Y&R: Did Phyllis Do the right thing?

Even if Billie did a illegal adoption and it was wrong to do Phyllis should have left the baby with Victoria and Billie because Lucy was happy and secure , now the baby is just confused and sad . If Phyllis would have been smart she would have tried to be part of the babies life by being a good grand-mother and that way she could have been part of the baby's life and not torn everything apart
