Pennsylvania Public Bike Rack Law?

I was told that some states/counties have laws regarding public bike parking where it is mandatory for a business to install a bike rack for bicyclists to secure their bicycles to. I live 2 miles from work and have thought about riding my bike to and from work but there is no place to lock up my bike in front of the store. I live in Monroe Country, Pocono Township, Pennsylvania. Can someone tell me if there are any laws in my area that pertain to what I mentioned above about bike racks? Thank you!
